I supplied you the wrong address with my order, what should I do?
Please email us the correct address as soon possible to nomadthegeek@gmail.com. There is normally a 2-3 day window from order submission before your order ships to allow such changes. Please note, that once your order has shipped, no further changes can be made and we will be unable to assist.

I placed an order with your company, but I need to cancel it.
If your order has not been shipped, we are able to cancel your order and refund your money based on our Refund Policy. However, if your order has already been shipped, you will have to return your items to us upon receiving them and can then receive a store credit or exchange those items for something else. Package must be in its original state and un-opened/tampered with in order to receive money back for a refund.
How do I know if my order has shipped?
